Viva Vigan Binatbatan Festival 2021
Every year in the first week of May, the Binatbatan Festival of the Arts kicks off. This festival aims to increase community awareness of the historic town's heritage in order to strengthen the community's desire to preserve it. Its purpose is to bring attention to the people who work in the agricultural industry in Vigan and their contributions. Its success has boosted the entire northern tourism industry, attracting tens of thousands of local and international visitors eager to discover and enjoy the "northern experience." The Calesa Parade, Santa Cruzan Parade, Abel Fashion Show, Carabao Painting, and other exciting events are among the highlights of the six-day Viva Vigan experience. The focus of this celebration is primarily on Vigan's products and merchandise.
Despite the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic, the officials of Vigan City did not forget to commemorate the occasion and found a healthy and safe way to do so.
