Climate change: the complex global warming crisis

 

            Our planet has been continuously changing for centuries. Global warming is the extremely rapid rise in the average surface temperature of the planet over the past century, largely due to the greenhouse gases emitted by people who burn fossil fuels. How serious is global warming? What can we do to help spread awareness of global warming and climate change?

        Global warming refers to Climate change that causes the earth's surface temperature to rise. Natural events and human influences are believed to be top contributions towards the increase in average temperatures. Global warming is a rise in the surface and atmospheric temperature of the earth that has changed various life forms on the earth. Greenhouse gases are only one natural cause of global warming. Greenhouse gases are carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide. The solar rays are trapped and stopped from escaping from the earth's surface. This allows the earth's temperature to rise.

          Healing the planet starts from us. We need to shrink our carbon profile. As much as possible let's try to drive a fuel-efficient vehicle, invest in energy-efficient appliances, reduce water waste and power our homes with renewable energy. Let us take these steps to improve our environment.
